Margo
A Rust compositor built on Smithay that combines Wayland tiling layouts and tags with a first-party GTK4 desktop shell. Its companion tools provide controls such as settings and application launching, so the project aims to deliver an integrated desktop stack as well as window management. Margo is a Rust and Smithay compositor drawing on dwl and mango’s Wayland tiling lineage.
